Our Camberwell Exercise and Wellbeing Group meets every week on a Tuesday afternoon in Camberwell Library (Temporary). Our enthusiastic tutor, Kerry, has prepare a varied afternoon and activities, a mixture of seated and some standing exercise, tai chi and breath work. The group is about connection (community and social), physical exercise, education, confidence building and wellbeing.
