London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025

On April 6th, 5 dedicated runners will lace up their shoes and hit the streets of London to take part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon. The runners participating have pledged their miles to support our cause and raise funds for the work we do at Link Age Southwark. Let's meet our runners!

First up we have member of the team Eloise who joined the charity last year. We have Ed from EY who has supported us in the past as a corporate volunteer. Couple Aoife and Oliver will be running together. Aoife volunteers every week as a befriender to 91 year old Doreen. Last but not least volunteer Nethmi will also be taking part in this incredible event. 

These runners are coming together to support a cause that touches the lives of so many. As they train and prepare for the marathon, they're not just running for themselves – they're running for the older community in Southwark who deserve love, companionship and support.
